Miele Professional Werkkundendienst A network of more than 76 dedicated and highly specialised Professional service technicians enables Miele to target a 2-day response. 

When placing a service order, always quote your machine serial number so that we have the correct spares and tools on board to tackle your repair efficiently.  Please also have available your postcode and the location of the machine.

In addition to the comprehensive machine repair service, Miele Professional service technicians are also competent advisers in all application-related issues, e.g. on operation and the care of equipment as well as the suitability of wash programmes or environmental aspects.

After sales service through national network of Professional Partners

 When purchasing a commercial product, after sales service needs to be considered very carefully.   Commercial establishments simply cannot afford for machines to be out of operation for any length of time, so a prompt response and a high first-time fix rate is critical.  All Miele service is carried out by appointed Miele Partnership Dealers or our own service department.   The Partnership dealers are trained in-house to Miele's standard of exellence and contribute towards the seamless after sales service support which Miele Professional offer.  The nationally located network of Miele Professional Partners know their business and are able to deliver a quick and effective service.
